The whole unit consists of three parts:

Main Vessel: Tripple walled consisting of inner vessel which is a pressure vessel made of
304 quality, Stainless Steel with solvent storage at the bottom with removable S.S sieve in the middle to hold crude herbal drug.
Connecting Pipes: The upper lid is connected through S.S pipe to a condensing unit all
& Connecting unit made of S.S. The S.S. condenser outlet tube is connected to a valve, which isconnecting to the solvent collecting unit.
Solvent collecting: The other two way size of the valve at the end of the condensing unit made of unit 304 quality stainless steel is further connected to the collecting vessel through S.S. pipe. The collecting vessel is closed type fitted on S.S stand with S.S. ball valve for removal of collected condensed solvent.

SS Pulper is a machine that is designed for extracting the pulp of most fruits and vegetables such asmangoes guavas, peaches, tomatoes banana etc. Mounted on a heavy duty mild steel stand, thecentral pulping unit of the machine consists of a pair of brushes fixed on stainless steel shaft andone stainless steel sieve. The gap between the sieve and brushes can be adjusted to suit the differenttypes, sizes and qualities of the product to be pulped. The sieve is available in perforations ofdifferent sizes and is easily removable for quick interchanging and cleaning. All contact parts madeof AISI 304 quality stainless steel.
