Product Details:

The vibro shifter is a mainly used for the seiving & its versatile sieving and grading machine for separation of spices and production of graded materials in proportion to their size. The vibro shifter is designed on the principle of ‘Gyratory Motion’. The material is fed on to the center of the screen and thentravels on a spiral path to the periphery whilst the fine particles fall through. The material beingscreened is therefore drawn apart automatically and no additional force us exerted to separatecoarser particles. The sieving is done gently and with little abrasion. The external vibrator is a three phase asynchronous motor which has eccentric weights mounted at the end of the rotor shafter. The rotating shaft causes centrifugal forces which can be adjusted by moving the weights. The motor is special designed with high stability M. S. body special bearing with increased load capacity and vibration proof winding.

Product Details:

Octagonal blender is an efficient and versatile machine for mixing, lubricating and blending of dry powder and granules homogeneously for facilitating better flow ability of the material for tableting and capsules.

 

The basic machine consists of product mixing drum. A drum fitted with both ends by hub shafts which are given support on pillow block bearing. The complete drum assembly mounted on “A” type fabricated structure which is S. S. 304 quality cladding. The drive unit consisting of the motor, reduction gear box, chain coupling, and control panel.

 

The machine meets cGMP''''s requirements with contact parts of S. S. 304 quality and non-contact parts of S. S. 304 or cladding / covered. All welded joints are argon process ground and well polished to mirror / matt finished. The mixing drum is mirror finished from inside and outside.

 

The mixing drum is fitted with baffles for uniform mixing and breaking of lumps. The baffles made from S. S. 304 quality pipes which are fitted with stud and nut and can be easily removed and refixed for cleaning.

 

The mixing drum has two sides opening. One is fitted with 200 mm diameter butterfly valve with silicone seal and having the arrangement to hold IPC and loading arrangement. The other side is fitted with a man hole door bolted to the side with silicon gasket. The entire machine is provided with safety hand really made of S. S. 304 quality pipes. The entry gate shall be provided with the limit switch to ensure the safety of the operator.

 

The separate control panel fitted on the machine with the digital timer, “A meter & “ON – OFF” push button. Also, hand wheel provided for manual tilting of mixing drums.
