For filling liquids, semisolids etc. in the filling range of 15-ml/gm to 125 ml/gm & 60 ml/gm to 260 ml/gm with all contact parts of ss-304, ½ HP standard elec. Motor suitable reduction gear box, one filling nozzle etc. machine all covered with St. Steel top and heavy duty castors, body of the machine Cladded with St. Steel sheet.

Complete in all respects with two filling heads and all contact parts of SS-304 & adjustable nozzle, 3 phase elec. Motor, starter, suitable reduction gear box and quantity adjustment device etc.

Available Capacity: - 15-125 ml, 50 – 250 ml, 100 – 500 ml & 200 – 1000 ml .

Automatic Liquid Filling Machine – 4 Head:

The machine works on volumetric principal and is used to fill varieties of liquid into various types of containers with precise accuracy on a continuous conveyor line. The unit shall have provision to fit stainless steel Syringes. A specially designed synchronized mechanical movement with a conveyor system (6 ft. long) and a bottle indexing mechanism ensures smooth running of the machine. A ‘NO BOTTLE NO FILL’ mechanism prevents spillage of liquid when continuous flow of bottles is not available.
