This instrument can fix nucleic acids on the hybridizaon membrane within 30 to 60 seconds. In addion, this instrument can also be used for DNA cung in agarose gels, RecA mutaon screening, paral restricon endonuclease digeson of pyrimidine dimers, UV sterilizaon to eliminate PCR contaminaon, etc. (It is also widely applied in UV sterilizaon, polymer UV treatment, etc.).
