Blister Packaging Machine

The operating cycle of the machine is completely automatic and the use of continuous motion permits high speed and efficient packaging production.  The blister forming die is cooled by integral water cooling unit and is maintained at the correct operating temperature. The fully automatic table feeding unit with photo level control and vibrator assures the positive filling of blisters with minimum deposition of the dust on the surface. Guide tracks between blister forming unit and sealing unit provides the essential space for visual inspection of missing tablets.

The speed of the machine is infinitely variable. The temperature of the blister forming rollers and sealing rollers are controlled by the temperature controller and can be regulated for optimum results machine operation. All format parts are easily accessible and change-overs are swiftly effected by simple mechanism. The machine is wholly indigenous make. Services and spares are easily available.

Base film, PVC opaque / transparent   (thermoformable) and non- toxic; PVC with PVDC   Coating; Lidding material; Aluminum (hard) with heat – sealable lacquer or  PVDC coating.
