The vibro shifter is a versatile sieving and grading machine for separation of solids, liquid fromsolids and production of graded materials in proportion to their size. The vibro shifter is designedon the principle of ‘Gyratory Motion’. The material is fed on to the centre of the screen and thentravels on a spiral path to the periphery whilst the fine particles fall through. The material beingscreened is therefore drawn apart automatically and no additional force us exerted to separatecoarser particles. The sieving is done gently and with little abrasion. The external vibrator is a three phase asynchronous motor which has eccentric weights mounted at the end of the rotor shafter. The rotating shaft causes centrifugal forces which can be adjusted by moving the weights. The motor is special designed with high stability M. S. body special bearing with increased load capacity and vibration proof winding.
